Cadillac has just released the first official photos of the upcoming 2023 Escalade-V. The performance SUV will be the very first SUV to bear the “V” badge, and while Cadillac has yet to disclose any technical details, the vehicle’s aggressive design sort of gives an idea of what to expect – raw power possibly similar to that of the CT5-V Blackwing.
These photos give us a look at the visual updates done to the Cadillac Escalade V-Series. The front bumper has been revised with a splitter-like treatment to the leading front edge. Right above that is an additional mesh grille made to look like the main grille, and the LED running lights are housed in new vent-like fixtures. “V” badge has been added to the front doors, and dark gray-painted wheels as well as big brakes and red-painted calipers can be spotted from the sides.
The looks at the back side has been kept a bit more subtle, however there’s a new lower valance, and four large, round exhaust tips sticking out. The interior image reveals a “V” badge on the steering wheel, although there will likely be more V-Series motifs.
According to Cadillac, official specs and further information will be made available in spring 2022. When Cadillac holds the official reveal, we’ll get a detailed look at the performance SUV alongside the powertrain and other exciting details.
